- Members of the Public and Media are welcome to attend in accordance with
the Public Bodies (Admission to Meeting) Act 1960 Section 1 extended by LGA
1972 Section 100.

- Public Participation
- Public Participation will take place before the commencement of the
meeting and will be strictly in accordance with Standing Order No. 13.
