The public version of the agenda and any supporting papers for a meeting of the council or a committee is published a minimum of three working days ahead of the date of the meeting.
LATEST AGENDAS
A set of draft minutes are published following any meeting of the council or a committee. The draft minutes are replaced by the approved minutes once the original draft has been amended and signed by the Chairman of the relevant council or committee at their next meeting.
