Sandhurst Memorial
Park and Shepherd Meadows

The Sandhurst Memorial Park is a 28 hectare (69 acre) site that is a premier location for recreation in the borough. Along with Shepherd Meadows the Memorial Park holds a prestigious Green Flag Award - the national excellence standard for parks management.
A network of tarmac, hoggin and mown paths allow good access around the sites.
The Memorial Park is home to the Sandhurst Health Walkers. The walks are led and organised by a group of dedicated volunteers. They endeavour to have at least two to four walk leaders on every walk to ensure the walkers are well looked after.
All walkers are welcome…no-one will ever be too slow or made to feel that they need to keep up. Please see link below for more information.
