The Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan 2025 to 2037
The Next Stage

The final draft version of the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan has been approved by the council and has been submitted to Bracknell Forest Council who will conduct another consultation before they instigate formal checking by an Independent Examiner, all in readiness for offering the Neighbourhood Plan to Sandhurst residents via a referendum hopefully later this year.

The final draft of the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan and all other related documents can be accessed by clicking on the links below.

1) The Neighbourhood Plan final draft Reg 15
2) Sandhurst Statistics and Supporting Information
3) The SurveyMonkey questionnaire responses
4) Questionnaire responses (Hardcopy)
5) Local Green Space Study

7) Glossary of Acronyms and Planning Terms
8) BFC's Strategic Environmental Assessment

After the referendum the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan, if approved by a simple majority of residents voting in favour will be “made” by Bracknell Forest Council and once approved by them it will become law and will be used to assist in the determination of all planning applications within Sandhurst.

The plan will need to be updated at regular intervals or when legislation dictates. For more information please contact your local councillor or the Sandhurst Council Office.
